Entering an operation
The reflex that changes everything: logging each money movement in seconds, the moment it happens. Here's how entry stays fast while being complete.
The fields of an operation
From the central golden button, you open entry. Each operation is specified quickly:
- The nature: Actual (already done) or Forecast (upcoming).
- The type: Expense / Savings or Income.
- The author: who made the operation — essential in Tribe Mode.
- Amount, currency, category, description, date and payment method.
Actual or forecast?
This distinction is powerful: forecast lets you anticipate a future expense (it appears in your projections without yet affecting the actual), while actual records a real movement. You steer both the present and the future.
Manual reconciliation
Because Ozorys connects to no bank, you reconcile your transactions with reality. When an entered transaction actually appears on your bank statement, you 'point' it: it moves from expected to confirmed.
This manual reconciliation keeps your vault true to your real account and your Money Left to Live On reliable. Manual by design: no banking data is harvested, you stay in control.
The 30-second rule
Log the expense in the moment, not at night. Thirty seconds at the till beats an hour of reconstruction at month's end. The Global Ledger then lets you find and filter everything.

Three days of entry
For three days, log every expense in Ozorys the moment it happens — even the €2 coffee. At the end, look at your Ledger: you'll see exactly where your money goes, with no blind spot.
