Receipts & invoices

An expense is also proof. Ozorys lets you attach the receipt or invoice to each transaction — encrypted, on your device, away from prying eyes.

Every expense can carry its proof — receipt or invoice — encrypted and stored on your device.

Attach a receipt

When logging a transaction, you can « upload a receipt »: a photo of your receipt attaches to the expense. No more shoebox of crumpled tickets — everything is filed, dated and findable.

The receipt and the invoice

Receipt: a photo of a till receipt, attached in one tap to a daily expense.
Invoice (Premium Document): a photo or a document for your important papers — warranty, insurance, big purchase.
Each item is encrypted with your secret code and stored on your phone.

Depending on your plan

Receipt archiving is enabled from the Solo Standard plan. The free Solo Discovery plan focuses on the essentials — budget and disposable income — without attachments. On Tribe Premium, your invoices (Premium documents) join the encrypted Cloud; on Tribe Ultra, all your images follow.

Key point

To save your phone's memory, Ozorys can automatically delete receipts older than five years: you keep what's needed, nothing more.
